Dandelion Vineyards Shiraz is a full bodied red wine made from hand harvested grapes. The wine is hand plunged twice a day, matured for 18 months in French oak barriques and  bottled without filtration or fining to capture the essence of the vines. The result is an outstanding Shiraz that offers amazing value for money.

Dandelion Vineyards are producers of amazing quality wines that punch well above their weight at their price point.

The winery is run by Zar Brooks and his winemaker wife Elena who are currently walking away with hatfuls of awards at some of the biggest wine competitions in the world. Their aim is to nurture the character of the vineyards and express the terroir in the wines with the finest traditions of artisan winemaking.
