burgundyLouis Bouillot was founded in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 1877 by Jean Bouillot. With over 130 years experience Bouillot is one of the oldest and largest producers of Cremant de Bourgone. The "Perle Noir" is a Blanc de Noirs (white wine produced from red grapes) sparkling wine. It is made by the same method as Champagne.
A distinctive pale pink in colour with a fine elegant mousse and red fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate the wine has excellent weight, balance and complexity and represents superb value for money.
